I'd like to see, what missions do you people like the most in the TMA and TDP, what moments/Garrett's comments do you like best, what kind of bad guys do you like best :D.
Everything! Hopefully i made this topic successful, lol. (That is - i hope you turn my crappy topic-starter post into a good discussion and argues, hell yeah :D)
I personally like umm.... dunno... ZOMBIES! :cheeky:.
Best mission ever... umm... Top 3:
Framed
Masks
Assasins seem classic (although haven't played it and the rest of T1 fully yet :nono:.
Least favourite is cragleshaft prison i guess. Boring.
The best comment of Garrett i recall at the moment was on Framed start:

I haven't played Thief 1, due to some tech problems but Thief 2 consumed my time for both I guess. :p

I did like Sabotage at Soulforge because I'm a mechanist fan all the way, but it was just annoying at some points. after finishing it about a dozen times or so (the whole game ctually, not just this mission) I modified Soulforge through Dromed to get myself a little bit more water arrows (like 50 :sweat:...)and duke it out with the robots.
I must have laughed out loud when Garret said "the city looks almost BEARABLE from up here!". I couldn't help myself of saying out loud "oh come on old chap it's not THAT bad!!!". :cheeky:

You make me want to play Thief II again :).
That Party something mission you said... makes me remember some flashes and not even sure that mission is it. Wow i've seriously forgotten alot of T2 missions.
Sabotage at Soulforge was great indeed, i never finished it though :nono:.Was somewhere at the end and missed something...something quite microscoping i'm sure, but apparently important enough to not let enjoy the video, where Karras got owned... poor dude..
Is anyone playing all over the missions too? (i'm on expert all the way, btw) :).

I think you mean cragscleft prison. I loved that mission actually, I don't know what you've got against it. :\

Well i just didn't like it. All the walking through cells 'n' stuff. It was fun enough to play first time, but no guarantees on next time.

Been so long since I played Thief 2 that I couldn't say. Am replaying it soon though.
As for Thief 1 my top five are:
1. Break from Cragscleft
2. Return to the Cathedral
3. Down in the Bonehoard
4. The Sword
5. Song of the Caverns

1) First City Bank and Trust (those mechanical eyes scare me -.-)
2) Life of the Party
3) Ambush! (If I'm not playing it on Expert mode that is :cheeky: )

Ahhh.... It's hard to pick. I can easily tell you which ones I DON'T like... but I'm not gonna. Hmmmm...
From T1 I would have to say my absolutely favorite mission is a toss up between
-'Under Cover' (think that's what it's called:p ) because it's so very different from that rest of the game, and
-'Song of the Caverns' because I'm a theatre person and spend a lot of time in theaters anyway.
From DS, my favorite mission, hands down, is the Cradle. Even after playing through it so many times, I'm still completely entranced.
I have not been able to play MA yet, but that will be remedied soon enough (thank you Amazon.com)
My favorite Garrett quote iiiiissss... That little peeping-tom comment he made about Orland. It made me LOL.

Well i created this topic, so we could dicuss all kinds of stuff about original campaigns and other stuff of T1, T2. That means you can make up your own questions. Ehh, i suck at making topics :cheeky:.
Here's a new question - what is your favourite sound :D.
Mine has always been the ''Objective Complete'' sound, The sound of success! Oh and how zombies fall apart from Holy Water arrow or Fire arrows or Flash bombs, is a quite fun sound, but nowhere near as good as ''Objective Complete'' sound.
