ok - I'm getting impatient. I have been all over, unlocked every door, blah-blah-blah . . .

[SPOILER]I still have a locked wall safe on the top floor, and a locked safe in the basement. I found a Vine arrow in the zombie room above the Library, which I could only use once, and I used it to get into the locked room in the zombie jail. In there, I found a key that apparently only works on the door, and nothing else. [/SPOILER]

How do I get these safes open!? I still need the gem and the book of ashes!

You should have found the book of ashes by now, it's in the room where you needed the (reusable) vine arrow to enter.
For Gibson's safe key, look on the table in the room with the fireplace on the top floor.

Hi all.
Need your precious help on the following:
[SPOILER]I just grabbed the vine arrow in the zombie room. I've read about a zombie jail, where is it located? Is there anything more I need to do before exiting this room?[/SPOILER]
and
[SPOILER]In the basement I unlocked the metal door. There's a secret door behind the crates, but haven't found any switch for it to open......[/SPOILER]

The entrance to the area where the zombie prison cells are, is located in the room where the niece of uncle Sean sleeps. Check the tables.

IIRC there is a secret lever located in the room, where the crates were hiding that door in the basement. I'm not quite sure where it was, but try to blindly frob the furniture in this room.

Got the book.
[SPOILER]Followed a passgeway inside one of the cells until I came to a room with some fire arrows and a haunt in the next passageway, blocked by 2 crates[/SPOILER]
Is there a way out or am I suck??????
