I got the key to the big safe, [SPOILER]but I did it without opening the little safe upstairs.[/SPOILER] It was one of those funny frobs if you know what I mean. One of those cases where you are trying to open something and instead you pick up what's behind the door.

The result is that I have the family jewel from the big safe, but I don't have the book of Ash.

Where do I find the key for that little safe upstairs. Is the book of ash in there too?

i stuck with the following problems

i cannot find teh book of ash and teh gem and the key of the safe

where can i get the vine arrow ?

is the zombie room the room which i enter from the library ?

in the room where the niece or the cousine sllep is a hidden room. from this room i saw an other room with a hammerite. how can i get there?

Can't remember where the vine arrow is, and not sure which bedroom your talking about where you saw the Hammerite, but here's a(https://drive.google.com/file/d/11xvwxm7H8Gm_g5epaAqybhtudnXiAc5l/view?usp=sharing) lootlist which includes some maps which may help you identify which room your talking about.
