Hey thanks, but it´s rather high on the poly´s, over 1100.

What are the various options for columns? So far, I've only seen one, a mechanist-looking one.
The places I want to use them are sometimes places where I could construct a column with as many sides as I want and still fit it within the poly budget (which I put at 300-600 for architecture even in areas that might see action, and as high as works in 'vista' areas). But regardless of how smooth a curve you put together, there isn't any soft-shading on brushed architecture.
If I had a column object that was a traditional round column in a variety of textures, that would open up the liberal use of columns in city architecture without limiting performance or building much.
... yeah, I'm dromeding again. What of it?
