Well done! Are those all original Thief textures? (I'm not going to download to check it out, since I'm not at my computer right now.)
Sluggs on 31/7/2004 at 04:13
Yes. They're T2 textures. You should already know that Yandros! I know, you're just making conversation yah? ;)

'Tis but a test object to try and get a working drawer, err, working. Granted, it doesn't look like a drawer but it should work the same, like piston1.bin I've just gotta sort this axle making part out! :nono:

Thanx for that link. Guess i should try using the search engine. :o I'm going to have a nap right now so i'll check it all out later. :thumb:
Awesome! Thanx to Mortal Monkey's tut, i can make 2 point axles now. :D :thumb: It's nice to know not everyone is using 3DS Max!
Sluggs on 2/8/2004 at 00:39
Grrrrrrrrrrrr! I have no problems with the axle now but my drawer fails to appear in-game now, only the base appears! ARRRRRRRRRRGH! I give up right now. I'll shall have to make another test model and see if that fixes it. :tsktsk:
Some good news... I successfully created a "Thingy" from MM's now updated tut, you can find it on my site in the tutorials section, and it worked perfectly the first time so that's rotating axles sorted out. I've just got to make a new test object, another "Thingy", that resembles a chest and a drawer and get a translating axle working. I'm getting there.
Huge thanx to Schwaa, R Soul & Mortal Monkey and the rest of ye taffers' for helping me get to where i am now. I'm nearly there, wherever that is! :cheeky:
Welcome, the "Thingy"...
