Sluggs,
UT2kx character models tri-counts (game models must be counted in triangles and not polygons) can be around 5000 max (You can go higher at the lose of FPS, speed in game, 5k is the optimal max) I think it goes the same for static meshes (objects.) Half-life 2 and Doom 3 seem to be boasting around 7500 triangles and up, but I've not done much with them so I'm not sure on the limits in those games' engines. Xbox and other consol games can some times reach counts of around 10,000, but for PC games this is still pretty high, and not common for Game engines to support.

I really have enough of the same old porticullis, expecially of the cemetary gate. :bored:
I tried to make some kind of grate/porticullis by myself, setting "holes" of transparency in the gif of some doors, but the result was very bad (I made 2 grates this way in RC, in the zombie area) They looks good only in a front view, because they seem to haven't any thickness. I hope it make sense. ;)
Any hope to have one or two from the talented modellers out there ?....

Why bleh? It's really veeeery nice. :thumb:
Just a little criticism: it seems to me that the upper part is too large compared wit the lower one. :)

Indeed, but a little too nice for the dark engine, I imagine ;)

I added a tut for View.exe to the Low Poly Guild.
It's good for checking out .bin format models, polycounts, textures, ect...
