I think he means that impotent-sounding servant guy who keeps saying.. "Hellllllp! He's got a bow!" And "Helllllp! Save meeeeee!"
There is a boarder-line shrimpy voice for a Hammerite guard in Thief 1. He also makes a cameo appearance in Thief 2, the docks level (Shipping and Receiving). :)

None of these. In the sound files, there are recordings of sped up voices...
The term shrimpy voice is a Ravenous exclusive. :cheeky:
