Looks to be a mixture; at 1.19 you can see what appears to be a first-person view (or a weird over-the-shoulder mode of some sort).

Koki: Uhm... it is third-person and cover based, with a first-person ironsight mode.

Congrats on going public with the project you're on! (I want some keys if/when you get 'em, I got five or so semi-casual co-op-preferring friends I play with every week who will probably also jump at the opportunity to play a free tactical shooter.)

Rebranded as Ghost Recon Phantoms.
Nice enough trailer, but the game is kind of average and hard to believe its been in development for nearly 4 years.
If you love micro-transactions and CS:S you should like it.
