So bizarrely the campaign is utterly broken if you have the game installed to an external HDD. In-game scripting just stops completely within 2 minutes of the beginning of the first level. The game obviously has to be installed to an internal HDD. I found the fix in the comments for the below video,

As for the game itself, it's hardly "next gen CoD experience" that was hyped up over 2013 by Activision. Graphically it's just more the same, probably on par with 2012's Blops 2 PC version.
Apparently they patched in FoV slider fairly recently for the MP component (not for SP though, you need to use an external program that injects code into memory whilst the game is running. I recommend (
