I'm now in a position to burn good finds to CD. When the author of that site posted a link, I could only send the link to my e-mail. By the time I was ready for the glyphs, they were gone.
And yeah, it feels safer to use a new, non-canonical glyph, to which one can ascribe any meaning one chooses. To use a canonical glyph is to bring down cries of "Heretic!":p

Isn't that the truth. Although its always harder to come up with your own. I've been trying to design my own 'letters' for my own language for years now and can never seem to come up with anything decent. Just squiggles and wriggles that look more like squashed spiders than any sort of glyphs, runes or letters. lol I love to find things like these glyphs that you could take and run off with. But you always get stuck on the fact that you can't because they belong to something - or someone - else and if you use them you're dead meat.

And, Xenith. . .willing to share your designed glyphs? I could always use more. *grins* Not like I've used even half of the official ones, but hey.
sure, as soon as I take them out from my notebook and into my pc
(wich is probably going to prove harder than I originaly thought, but I'll still do it)

Quite welcome. you never know how long a site's going to last. PARTICULARILY with game devoted sites. People lose interest and stop hosting the sites and all the information you liked to refer to goes poof.
too true, i was doing some ::ahem:: research on Sonic 3K a few hours back, and found a site i though was going to kick ass, but it ended up dieing before i could get anythin from it... tis a sad day for Sonic fans... :( TOT here, but if anyone remembers any hex-editing hacks or tools related to Sonic 3K (the PC-CD version, not the ROM version), could you please e-mail them to me at RavynousHunter@yahoo.com? i had some written down, but someone threw the paper away, and i need em.

Here's a mirror of an earlier (not the latest) version of Logan's site from before he let the original site go down.

For posterity's sake.

Here's a mirror
Now it's not just a mirror, we updated the page, added some glyphs, screenshots and meanings.

Ooo. A welcome correction! Thanks, Yara! By the way, who's "we?"
Yara on 13/7/2006 at 20:40
We... we are Thief fans. Do you need names? :) Yara, DJ Riff (Blip) and... sometimes... Logan, who did not come far away for that moment.
I'd like to add more screens and meanings, but i don't know, where to find them :(

Thanks. Yeah, names are good, so I know who's responsible for the work. Anytime someone goes through the trouble to compile information like this and shares it with the rest of us, they should get credit when it's used.
Also, it's good to remind people what information is available so no one's efforts are forgotten.
