What do you mean "fine"? Screenshot, please. RPS looks exactly like Koki's picture. I am also using 4:3 monitor.

The sad thing is that the main content fits into 1024 pixels horizontally, but they've gone and screwed it up with their footer.
gunsmoke also makes a good point. There is a truly retarded tendency in current browsers to zoom the entire f-ing layout rather than just the font size. Firefox 3 stupidly made this its default behaviour (you can disable it from the zoom menu), and Chrome doesn't even have the <em>option</em> to only scale the text. With that feature, you can easily make any fixed-width layout too big for your display, even if your resolution should be adequate.
