Man, that might be the biggest backcatalog they've could have added. I've been eyeballing used copies of Arcanum for months, and there's so much Activision owns now...Quake, Warcraft, the Sierra adventure games, Call of Duty, VTMB, Heretic/Hexen...
For the love of god, please release the Infocom Masterpiece Collection.

You're all forgetting to add VTM: Redemption to the list. The game almost better than Bloodlines, simply because of its online Storyteller component. If it took off, it would've been a grand thing.
Anyway, off to buy Arcanum! :D

Awright, they'd better get their mitts on Full Throttle and Sam and Max in a hurry. And them Mechwarriors.
Lucasarts aren't owned by Activision/Vivendi. Only Sierra and Blizzard.

I'm a bit surprised that with their anti DRM credentials GoG hasn't insisted on the removal of Steamworks from Arcanum.
What are you on about?
Edit: Oh christ, punch me in the face please.
Edit 2: Please Jesus, the complete Infocom collection. And somehow get approval to include HHGTTG this time.

I'd eat my right arm for the Mechwarrior 2 games to appear up there.

Gosh darn it. LucasArts better pony up the stuff on Steam fast, then. Guess I can hold out for some MW2 lovin' at least.

I think EA would be bigger at this point. Origin, Bullfrog, Maxis.
GoG, Please get EA! :D
I had a hard time getting interested in Arcanum though. I have a physical copy that I've maybe played 5 hours or so. Oh well, we'll see what else comes out of the Activision deal.

i was doing the same thing too, though i did end up with a used copy for $10, lucky me the thing was complete and in very good condition! :)
this game is amazing. i regret not having gotten this one many years ago. like the baldur gates titles. i knew i would regret that in the future, but i still passed on them. i say everyone who loves awesome rpg's should get arcanum.
activision doesn't own quake though. all the raven stuff i bet they'll put in there, since they do own them. i would love to see black crypt in there, but since it was an amiga game, i doubt it.

I'd grab Gothic 1, 2, and xp if I didn't have them already. Best games on gog.

They're listed as the publisher on Steam, so that might open them up to a GOG release.
Edit: Or not. Stupid Wikipedia.
While I'm thinking about Activision-owned properties, it would be kinda nice if they put the first 2 Soldier of Fortune games up there.
