That and the rather loathsome practice of consistently posting incredibly off-topic threads in Thief Gen because they dislike venturing out of that forum. Generally, most of my interaction with the populous there gives me the impression that they're on the oversensitive side and really shouldn't be socializing on the internet. I have a feeling that the average user's age is lower in there than most of the other forums. Just a feeling, though.

I actually get the impression that they tend to be somewhat older, and haven't been corrupted by 4chan, ED, and CommChat, and as such aren't used to the vagaries of internet life.

I get the impression that their age/internet usage may be similar to net-wide averages, but that they're a lot more likely to run around in the forest yelling "taffer" and hitting each other with foam blackjacks than the average netizen.
