They weren't once great, they ARE great. FEAR 2 and Condemned 2 were aces. This could just be something to keep the lights on. Probably just an XBLA game because they are testing the IP out, it is a new way to experiment in the industry. With game development nearing impossible costs for all but the AAA games, it is time to get creative.

I can't. CoD is as low as you can go, multiplayer-wise. It's just brainless run, aim, shoot, repeat ADD nonsense.
Quake 3 Arena requires ten times as much strategy as CoD MP, and that's saying something.
