I vote for Don't Starve as 2013's GOTY. It's the only game of this year that actually held my attention and interest for a whole 2 days or so. Bioshock had a good end and some narrative in general, but the actual gaming bit was tedious.

@Thor - I'm pretty much forced to agree with you, I clocked over 100 hours on Don't Starve this year. It has a lot of character, and it's the best pure survival game (sim?) that I've played to date. There should be some more good ones coming this year though, such as The Forest, Dead State and The Long Dark.
