I no longer have any reason to keep my PSP other than the fact that it's one of the very first ones which I bought on the premise that GT4Mobile would be released imminently back in Ooo, 2005.
You bought a PSP for just one game? And you didn't even wait till the game was out and reviewed before buying it?
...
Ulu, I don't know quite how to put this, but... are you stupid or something?

No, just dedicated and hopeful.

I bought a PS2 for Gran Turismo 3; didn't need reviews I knew it'd be great. Like gunsmoke, I ended up enjoying it a lot more than GT4, which was just more (although a LOT more) of the same.

Speaking of PSP fury, the plans for a (

Because you have an original PSP 1000 model that weighs two tonnes* and a lighter, newer Go would have been nice?

Buy a much cheaper PSP-3000 (Brite) or 2nd hand 2000 (Slim & Lite) then. FFS PSPgo costs as much as a 360 Elite + game bundle in NZ.

Ironically, I'm usually very reluctant to part with any of my money.
Given that back then, Sony were selling PSPs on the back of this game being imminently released, it didn't seem a particularly risky gamble to take.
It was Sony. It was Playstation. Playstation without GT is like Sega without Sonic. It was a sure thing, mofos! :D

You should've known better. Gran Turismo 4 was delayed forever and GT4's online component that had been promised and anticipated for years never even arrived on PS2. We didn't see online play until GT5 Prologue. Polyphony Digital are anal retentive perfections after all.

We've already established my horse is half way over the hill due to me foolishly anticipating the man would construct the gates in time, thank you Eva.
There really isn't any need to be the metaphorical man in the next village on top of the church tower with a megaphone shouting, "I FOUND OUT WHY YOUR HORSE ESCAPED! OH LOOK, IT JUST SHAT THAT POST OFFICE" :p
