I have to believe they are just down-voting games they don't like, or haven't played, or never heard of, to competitively boost their tastes upwards, and I'll bet the results would show that if there were five choices including a neutral one, and a rewording. Hell, I was almost tempted to start down-voting games I can't understand are on the list, or to go after titles that seem to be helped by ballot-stuffing tactics. :p I chose TDP and walked away. Not having to register makes ballot-stuffing easier, too.

If arcade games were under consideration, Missile Command(which didn't make the transition to console well because of the arcade game's trackball) and Pole Position should be on the list(both from the 80's.) The original Syndicate (90's) should be on the list, too. And probably the 1990's version of Air Warrior.

This is not "100 greatest games of all time", but rather a preference list.

While I´m glad that Thief made it there, the list offends RPG and RTS genre. Where are all the RPGs? There is Mass Effect and Oblivion, but no Baldur´s Gate, Planescape:Torment, Dungeon Master. There is Half-Life 2, but not the first one. There is Diablo 2, but no Diablo 1. There is Starcraft, but no Warcraft 2, there is Call of Duty, but no Unreal or Wolfenstein (at least Doom and Quake made it).
