Probably not, since I don't know what would be ironic about it. I've been an Enforcer on LaRocha since the beginning of Early Access.

I guess so. I'd never heard of him.

I'm not interested in APB, but I have to say I like the pricing scheme. If you're a casual player, you buy hours and play them whenever. If you're a hardcore player, you buy a subscription. Everybody wins.

z: (

z: I added giant purple korean ^_^ faces on both sides in a later revision.
z: you have no idea how much fun it is to take a handbreak turn at 90 miles per hour into a group full of guys trying to escape an ambush in an alley.
z: especially with the local voip broadcasting.
z: "I JUST GOT TAKEN OUT BY SOME FAGGOT IN A KOREAN CAR"
z: god this game is so terribly bad
z: but it almost has a captain america thing going on
z: where even though it's not really amazing in any one area where other games are way better, the way it all fits together just gives it this level of fun.
z: also
z: thanks to local voip broadcast
z: I was making clothing and I heard some guy go
z: "YO MAN CHECK OUT THESE FUCKING PANTS I JUST MADE THIS SHIT IS FUCKING DOPE DOG."
z: APB. fucking dope, dog.
me: i am never playing this game.

Is your friend a woman? You will be hassled to no end otherwise.

I'd buy APB to play with your friend.

Well, there's the five months gametime I promised, signed, sealed and delivered. And there's my exit from APB.
The game echoes the classic EA mantra: release an unfinished game and patch it to completion at around the $20 million profit mark. APB would've been a great game about 6 years ago, maybe even just 4 years ago. Now, though, a game like that feels stale to me within hours of playing.
I liked how the gold spammers broke out in full force on day 2 of live, btw. Do they do that to every MMO?

Oddly, I haven't seen a single one in LOTRO yet.
