The most likely thing is a muscle injury of some kind. Thankfully it's none of the really bad things that could happen to one's throat. So not really dangerous but still gets in the way of me using my voice as talking does tend to aggravate it. I'm still going through the slow slog of a medical system, but I'm perfectly alright all things considered :) I hope to get back to regular videos soon-ish!
