It's a slap-up lunch with something missing (or perhaps a typo). It's not as good as a (http://english.stackexchange.com/questions/13061/etymology-of-slap-up) bang-up lunch but better than a slap-bang one.

Cool, thanks. Even us ignorant Americans use "bang up" and "slap bang" but I've never run across "slap-up" or "slap lunch" before.
