Belated thanks to y'all. As usual my life is never boring. I had a "freak accident" (I laid face-down in bed!) and messed up my right knee in June. After weeks of agony & bone-on-bone grinding, I had knee replacement surgery on July 23rd. I am currently doing PT & trying to get mobile again. I spent so much time lying in bed reading I was afraid I was going to get bed sores on my butt. :sweat: Sitting upright still gets uncomfortable, but it's getting better. If anybody likes gross pics, my profile pic is the unveiling of my gorgeous incision 2 days after surgery. Now I'll have a 6" knee scar to match the one on my lower back! :p
Hell of a b-day present, but thankfully the pain is mostly gone! :cool:
