You know, it's possible to take a simple level, replace all of Garrett's voice files with those of one, two, or even all three of the Thief 1 guard voices, depending on which level of difficulty you choose. The other day, I was thinking about running through Escape! with those settings.
I need to learn how to work with audio schemas or something because that'd be very fun to see. :joke:
Garrett: *effort grunt while raising his sword*
Guard: "Die, Taffer!" *whoosh* *smack*
I could do that actually if I learned how to work with audio files and implement them into DromEd. :)

It is not difficult, just study the original Schema folder:Res>Schemas, and correlate the schema with the Snd>.wavs Study the Speech certificate. You probably already know about reload_schemas?
And, saving the gamesys.name, set_gamesys.name, and saving the .mis

Yes yes. I don't know yet of the mod. I've seen the site.
But by pagan, I think of a much "raggier", outlandish theme, and gameplay. Immersive.
To play as a pariah, skulk through the hostile City, and wade through the sanctuary Greens. Experiment this particular side of the Hammer witch hunt, and find the smallest pockets of pagan worship and grace. On your bare feet, and sleeveless torn shirt.
Impossible not to remember Trail of Blood. The first act, where you wander by the empty and slaughtered homesteads, in shock and awe, inspired by that great background track.
I have something like this in mind...
hahaha, just finished, and failed, the Upside Down. It's a must play!

There was also an FM where you were a guard and had to patrol a building/mansion,for the lord of the manor.... I remember it had a gallery area with pictures etc,and a metal walkway/fire escape(usually where the thieves entered)....after a while the thief would come in and steal valuables..it was quite an old FM and not "Upside Down"

I believe you're referring to A Guard Called Benny by Dark Arrow.

I remember an FM where one was cast as a Mechanist within a compound (this one involved trying to get the gates to open to allow reinforcements, , and another as a Haunt. I just cannot come up with the titles to those FMs.

The Haunt one is To The End With Nothing and was already mentioned in this very thread.
