I installed the 1.20a TFix but for some reason it didn't update dromed for me. I even removed dromed from the TG Directory and installed it again but still no luck. I'm trying to see someone elses mission that requires 1.22 in dromed and it fails to load a lot of things in it due to the lack of dromed 1.22 installing. whats up with this?

It should be included because it's way too much of a hassle  I spent three hours last night trying to figure out what was wrong with it. I was going to dromed and expand a bit on my mission but no no can't do that. Now I have a stupid school night and I don't have as much time as I did last night. I'm sorry if I'm rambling but I'm just a bit frustrated and mad that it made me waste last night.

that is the very reason why it's not included - it's a hassle to maintain. and others can do it better than me, hence Dromed Basic Toolkit.

I'm confused, I looked in the Thief Gold NewDark Folder in the Zip file but dromed wasn't there. Why?
I moved all of the files needed into the Thief Gold Directory but when I went into dromed it still said 1.21  What the F@#$!!!!

Take a deep breath and count to 10. I know from bitter experience that the more pissed off you get, the more difficult it is to figure things out. :)
Have you looked at the thread voodoo47 linked? It's got very clear instructions on updating. I've just looked at my installation. Inside the DOC folder, you'll find T1.7z. If you unzip that, you'll get the instructions for TG.

Okay I installed TFix, Unzipped the T1.7z file, and followed the instructions in the readme up until it says "In order for option menus to look right, the provided "interface.crf" has to be added. Either by putting
it in a mod dir and adding it to the "mod_path" in "cam_mod.ini" or by placing it in a "patch" dir." So, theres already a 'interface.crf' in the Patch folder so I have to choose the first option. I put the 'interface.crf' file into the 'MODS' folder but I'm really confused as to how I write the mod path in 'cam_mod.ini'. How do I write the mod path? :erg:

I think the best thing is to create a new thread in Ed Guild and if you give me a couple of minutes, I'll sort that out and move these last few posts. I'd like to know as well. :)

I haven't yet tried getting Dromed into my TG (easy in T2) but it is something I'd really like to do - it's useful for testing. So, any instructions, can they please be in simple, plain language that idiots like me can understand.
