I must've gotten it all, the room im talking about is this:
[SPOILER]In the Hammerite Crypt, (the one you enter a code to get into and fire arrow the hammer above the door), go right at the ladder and the room is at the end of the hallway. [/SPOILER]

Then I suppose we're each talking about something else. The room I mean you can only get to via the secret tunnels. The point is that you have to flip one of the levers BACK so that you can get to that room. (sorry, can't really explain it better)

There's one secret room that's really hard to find. To get into it, you [SPOILER] open the little secret door across from the base of the ladder, go in, flip the lever on the left to open the panel to the right and go through into the hallway. Go all the way around, staying to the left and there's a bigger lever on the left at the end. Flip it to close the secret door across from the ladder. Go into that alcove and flip the tiny lever again (Now on your right) then take go back around (staying to the right this time) and there will be a new passageway that you can get into on the left that used to be blocked by a panel. I've got a loot list with all the loot on it now, though describing how to get some of the loot in the crypt secret tunnels is a little convoluted! Anyway, if anyone wants it, just email me. :)

The only question I have left ---> I got into the library storage area with the key, but the door to the library is locked and I don't see any way in. [SPOILER]I also found a hidden hatch in the marble thing at the end of the passage. Don't know how to open that either. Edit: Found that by fiddling with the many switches in the tunnel between rooms of the crypt..[/SPOILER]

Yow! I spent a lot of time looking in that area around the three empty niches. I also spent time in the central areas looking at about that height. That's really annoying tucking the library key in the [SPOILER]southwest corner of the maze area with all the niches.[/SPOILER]
