Thx for the solution, R Soul, It helped a lot, but I have another question for you:
I've used solution, it's working and all, but when I try to use Dromed (1.37) to edit the Dark.gam file, a crash is popping out:
Assertion Failed
Index 40 out of range (file: dynarray.h, Line:379)
(yes to trap, No to exit, Cancel to ignore)
If I click yes, the dromed crashes. When I ignore it and start the process, I'm able to delete the spiders from the game, but as a result I don't have such sounds like footsteps, background noises and such. Is there anyway to make it work? If it helps, I'm using the Gog version of Thief 1 (gold), and the dromed editor that was added to the game by gog team.

Oh man! You're not funny at all by deleting spiders! Less enemy to defeat when you're playing!
How about just changing the shape and the voice?
A spider is a enemy to kill with difficulties, removing it is making the game easier.
So you're arachnophobic and I understand your fear.;)
That's why, I advise you "to change" the enemy to keep the game balanced.
How about A Kumfu servant as in Blooper reel ? I may be better! :)
Or something else! Rat, giant cockroach, ant etc

Maybe the mission has too many spiders, and all those simultaneous FireStims overload... something.
Have you heard about the NewDark patch? If not, install it (TFix should make it easy, see ThiefGen for info) and try again. The updated engine is much more robust so hopefully it won't crash.

Hahah, If you're not pulling my leg, you could delete them, and send the dark.gam file for me? or change them all (with these spiderbeasts) to rats?

Well the problem appear before I even try to delete them, just after open -> Dark.gam Don't know why really.

I'll try it, if it won't overload my laptop ;) Cause I've used it about two hours ago, and it blue screened me after few seconds.

You don't open dark.gam like that. It's loaded by default, so once Dromed has started, go straight to the object hierarchy.
