I had the document once and lost it

Funnily enough though, I ran a search for the thief text that goes something like...“Ye Shall Not Rob from the House that I Built. Or Commit any Theft or Unrighteousness. Lest ye be Struck Down into the Earth forthwith. And the Land of the Heathen Consume Thee..........and couldn't find it.
