I managed to off him on my second try, albeit in a very cheesy manner:
[SPOILER]Use an invisibility potion just before you read the scroll that triggers him, then read the scroll and run all the way to the back of the room. If you do it right, Arbez and his servants will not notice you and just stand there like idiots. Knockout both servants without alerting him, then sneak up behind Arbez and wallop him with an overhead backstab. Follow it up with a few quick sideswipes and he'll die before he knows what hit him. As a bonus, you can even pick his pocket before killing him this way.[/SPOILER]

What a great mission and the whole Quick Cash series - well done!
I like how the story is tied in with T2 events.
Played on expert, but couldn't find the hammer icon, where is it? I've been to everywhere twice I think and I got almost all the loot (115 missing). or maybe I did already get it as loot and the objective didn't tick off?
