I think the creator's seen amadeus... That Mozart music placed in almost the same situation it was in the film...

According to the mission text, it's from Mozart's Requiem, which makes its use in Room 4 rather appropriate.

Yeah, the music selection is excellent. And bonus points for The Pogues. (And even more bonus points for the Princess Bride reference.)

I seem to be stuck here. . . I've been in room 4, but didn't find anything there to facilitate further progress. . . any idea what I'm missing?

I had trouble climbing up on the rope until I mantled up to the railing of the balcony - and then jumped to the rope , hope that helps someone.:D

despoiler - if you go out on the balcony, there should be a rope hanging down which Ravik placed. He's staying one step ahead of you. :)
A few people have reported that the rope isn't there for them... if that's the case, you'll probably have to restart the mission.
Sap'em - I'm not able to mantle onto the railing. How'd you do it?
Sap'em on 20/2/2003 at 19:35
I more or less took a running jump at it. Try the railing to the right of the rope, I think the wall stops you from going completely over, but I am not 100% sure. Sorry, "mantling" was a misnomer.:o

How to get in room 4?
I cannot find a toolbox (with office key).
yandros on 22/2/2003 at 14:05
The toolbox is
on the floor in the boiler room right next to the office.
For those needing more ways up the rope....
There's a handy poinsettia (potted plant) inside on the dining table in the kitchen. It's a little disproportionate because it was probably resized in DromEd....and dropping it next to the railing and then jumping up on it is very easy to do — if I can do it, anybody can. ;)
There are also some teleportation bugs rampant in this one.....
The thief that's attacking the Lady gets teleported back to the same spot he entered the level when you go back out on the balcony and reopen the door there. Also, the guard on the 6th level gets teleported back to the lift wherever it is when you drop him. Some strange bugs, those.
Other bugs:
I never saw any thief in the basement, just Garrett saying, "What the–?!"
All in all a very good mission. I just wish I could turn off the music if I was so inclined. And I am.....
