They should stick with the D3 engine, huge amounts of FPS fans got the game so I see no reason for a switch.
Anyway, good looking screenshots. I love Hexen 2 so this'll be something to look forward to.

Those shots that clearing posted looked great. I was a big fan of Hexen and I would buy Doom 3 again (my copy got nicked) to play this.

I still need to sit down and play that Quake TC sooner or later for D3.
Wish they`d have some screenis of combat for the Hexen TC.

i got my original d3 copy and i got the Id super pack on steam.
oh god, that would be heaven !!!!! (or hell in that case)
i even loved the doom remake for the d3 engine.

I made a 46 level mod for the original hexen, but no one played it cos I wasn't on the internet at the time, and none of the computer mags I sent it too never put a copy of the demo on the cover disk, even thou at the time they complained that no one made mods for hexen.

I was over the moon when I heard that pc gamer put my level (Ancient) for SS2 on one of their cds :).
