Abysmal, actually I don't really have time for this, no. Soon I'll haven even less time. But my thought is that it makes more sense to pass the TTLG torch on to someone else if the torch is actually lit. Right now, I am lighting it. Why all of this now? Because certain people are watching us.

For any curious, I am working on a totally temporary merely placeholder for-now-ish redesign of the main page, here: (http://www.ttlg.com/default2.asp) (Of course it may end up being permanent for all I know.)

It's simply not a word. What's wrong with "a lot"? It's a commonly used phrase. I know being 100% grammatically correct all the time isn't the most important thing in the world, but we could at least try. We're not in first grade anymore.

I was being contrary. In (http://www.flickr.com/photos/shirakloutzu/sets/72157611124138821/) my writing (http://cosas.ttlg.com/cot.asp) I never used "alot". But sometimes in a forum post or a news post I'll use "lemme" or "kinda" or "coulda" and so forth. I know those aren't words. They're conversational. I'm just taking things less seriously. I meant it, though. When I get home from work I'll fix the post. :)
