I'm sure in the other thread(s) you mentioned where possible future formats were discussed previously, the format of a blog already came up - because that is what this temporary page looks like right now *). Get one of the current state-of-the-art ones (wordpress, typepad, ...) that allow multiple user postings, slap in the custom design, select a few trusted members as editors and alight it is...
(Or was that already your plan with your indirect request to have people post their opinions - to see who is worthy? :sweat: )
