Everyone here is an "abortion survivor" ;), so yes we do have the right to talk.
The fact of the matter, is that its impossible to ever agree on abortion because its a unique animal among moral issues. While people may disagree on Weed, far more often the discussion is about whether the government should have the right to regulate it. Virtually nobody will argue that abortion should be condoned by ANY government, so one's opinion of abortion rests purely on a religious opinion as to whether or not a fetus constitutes life.
Its a purely philosophical argument at the ethical level, so having a logical argument on this topic is largely impossible. I'll go so far as to not state an opinion on it, because it doesn't matter. If I believe that the baby doesn't constitute a living being with a soul and you do, we are never going to be able to resolve that rationally.

I'd call this a semi strawman argument, since no lives in a cultural vacuum these days. Regardless of if they teach it in school or not, anyone over the age of 12 is going to know about condoms, birth control, and pregnancy.
Course the whole topic of abortion is stupid to begin with. It's a neverending loop of sanctimonious idiots arguing their beliefs of half an equation. I mean how can you argue against something that has no wrong answers?

The only way someone can argue against that is by debasing the very concept of childbirth, and changing the definition of what constitutes life. Sometimes things are more important than a simple selfish choice. Such as responsibility. To yourself, to your mistakes, and what you've made.
You believe in the right of a woman's choice concerning her own body? Well, that's a good argument, too. By arguing pro-life, you're denying half the population their freedom to choose what they want for themselves, what they
need for themselves, based on what's usually a very strict black and white faux-morality that only rarely applies to the reality of a situation. There are always extenuating circumstances, and everyone deserves to have a choice over what concerns them.
So Pro-life? Pro-choice? They're both valid stances on the matter. Which, in turn, means that any person who chooses one side exclusively is inherently wrong.

Saying that kids won't know about condoms unless its taught by a "certified" teacher in a classroom setting has to be one of the dumbest opinions I've heard in the last few years.

In fairness he really ought to provide equal time to a slideshow on how awesome sex feels. I mean this is a pro vs con kind of decision. You can't just present all the cons and close the book.
