I think he's referring to the fact that you can play T3 in third person and get frequent, clear views of Garrett.

Oh I know T3 can be played in 3rd person, but I was referring to T2.. . as that's the only game with the scouting orbs.

if you play the Thieves Highway fm you can some npcs that have the same model of garret (which are suposed to be some carelss dead thieves) in the gallery (and that's the best view of garret next to the orb view)
