Finished it and my opinion changed drastically, the game wasn't nearly as good as I thought it would be in the beginning.
It's simply boring. About 40 (!) sections where you have to pass through like 30+ enemies without any diversity. Sections where you have to kill target(s) generally are boring too, you don't have to figure out how to do that, means of killing are usually obvious right away. The game reminded me of Dishonored, only without magic. The only memorable mission for me was the mission in the corn field.
Overeall, it's probably the worst game in the series.
