Coming to that, I really don't know what audience will the Hitman movie be targeted at. Despite the games' rating, he's very popular in late teens crowd, no? I smell the movie studio will try to make the movie suitable for 17+ rating.
Hitman isn't a SERIOUS pro killer stuff as The Day of the Jackal, not even remotely as Nikita.

Well, seeing how Léon and Hitman is more or less aiming for the exact same style, it can only be good really... I mean, Hitman actually has levels based on Léon.

I still say they should have gone with David Bateson (who does the voice of Mr. 47 in the games), he's a pretty good match for the look, and would certainly have the voice and the character ready....

Well, he is smiling for the camera. He can look pretty badass. I liked him in Deadwood when he had a bit of a cheeky streak but towards the end of season 1 he started becoming a fairly monotonous 'badass' and I started to lose interest. I'm undecided on his role as 47, it could go either way.

The script got a pretty good (http://www.chud.com/index.php?type=news&id=9613) review.

Excuse me, but 47, a man with the power to strike down evil wherever it hides? Nigga please. I don't know about the movie, but whoever made the trailer doesn't know the subject matter at all.

Olyphant still looks way too boyish, by the way.
