No worries, Randy. I've developed a bad shoulder too, but luckily taking NSAIDs is keeping it under control... for now.

That's how I started dealing with it last summer - followed by rotator cuff surgery on jan 9th. Now I can lift my arm again, if there's no weight on it...

I think mine has developed mostly due to the fact that I usually carry my 38-pound toddler on my left arm. Hopefully when he turns 3 I'll be able to start trusting him not to run amok so much when he's let loose in a store... or maybe not. :erg:

Any news?

How about now?

I had shoulder surgery a few days ago - the pain killers have drained any ambition I had.
I feel for you Shadowspawn. Hope the shoulder is feeling better by now. I had to have shoulder surgery back in 2003 when I was hit head-on by Volvo while I was on my Harley. I don't recomend anyone trying that, it ain't a fun ride. Took me over a year and a half to recover from the surgery and be able to handle a horse again without being dropped to the ground in pain from my arm being pulled.
Hey Yandros - I just loaded your HDMK earlier today and when I loaded the HMDKPreview.cow it crashes dromed. I get an error that reads "Failed to load resource data hntdec1b.tga (File: resman.cpp, line:1368)". Got any idea as to what may be causing this?
Yandros on 24/9/2008 at 12:26
Yeah, you need the patched version of Dromed - look in the FAQ thread. Although, you can just click Continue or Ignore or whatever and it will go on happily and open the mission. That error occurs any time you open a mission which includes textures in TGA format, because Dromed doesn't like the fact that TGAs are not 256 colours.

Finally got around to trying this again. I can't get the male Hammerite to build - it keeps crashing in meshbld.
I wish we had the orginal models. Working from BintoE and then adding in the joints / limit planes is always painful.
I'll keep plugging - I may get some time tonight...

Wouldn't it be easier to add a sword to hamsol1 and reskin/resize him as necessary?
Shadowspawn on 24/9/2008 at 18:20
Probably, but I was just trying to fix the model that someone already made. Both the hammers (male and female) have really short legs, so I don't know if this was the intent. I didn't want to get into artistic license changes.
I have a trick or two left before I look for another solution.
