Hi
I don't want to make an NPC any noise. I tried AI->Attributes->Verbosity. But the NPC continues "loudly breathing"
and harrumph.
How can I solve that ?

Speech > Voice = vnull. They won't say anything at all, even if you damage, KO or kill them.

An alternate method is to use the Broadcast Customization so that you can choose which types of dialog are used or ignored.

you can also remove the footsteps sounds in schema» class tags.
