'A' for the most part. Sometimes 'C' but I will end up reverting back to 'A' when I start getting hooked by one of them in particular.

B for me.
I usually buy around 3 or 4 games a year and progress through them very slowly. Occassionally I'll go on a gaming binge if I get really sucked into something but I've only completed five games in my life.
If a review for a game that I'm interested in lists one of the 'cons' as "too short" then I'm sold. To me, gameplay is a tool to ease the player through the experience, and not something which should be done as much as possible, however nice that system might be. The experience should last as long as the story can sustain it without outstaying its welcome under the guise of value for money.
I'm also a bit impatient with free-roaming worlds, but that's mainly down to preference rather than grounded criticism in all cases. However immersive it may be, I don't get the endorphine rush from walking miles over digital terrain.

Mainly C, with the occasional shift to A. Or I might be juggling two main games at the same time, usually in very different genres.

Usually A, sometimes C. Like, most of this year it's been a succession of games, with little dabbling elsewhere; but recently I've been futzing with Advance Wars (what? I needed a little Japstrat) while not playing PS:T.

I used to have a system where I'd be simultaneously playing one multiplayer game (which was almost exclusively Tribes 2), one single player story game (Deus Ex, etc) and one single player non-story game (Transport Tycoon, Civ4, etc) and wouldn't usually deviate from this pattern. These days I probably don't play as much games and certainly don't experiment as much with trying different games. I mostly just play Tribes 2 and Team Fortress 2 with dashes of things like Audiosurf and other small games. I've all but abandoned single player story games these days as I just find them to be very unengaging, but that is more of a change in myself than in the games, because the role of single player story games has largely been replaced by watching movies.

C with a little bit of A for me too.
My run-through of the original Dawn of War campaign, for example, got interrupted when I got hold of Prey for a fiver, the Winter Assault campaigns were interspliced (lol) with me playing Bioshock, and I've been dabbling in replays of Fallout and Diablo II: LoD as well. Plus, I've still got a game of Baldur's Gate II: ToB on hold; currently stuck on the penultimate level of Watcher's Keep.

I'd say I'm like A and B together... I usually commit to one game, per platform. Platform choice then depends on the mood, but whatever game it contains, it stays until I finish it, usuallly.
Exceptions to the "rule" are when I find myself stuck for whatever reason, I'd switch games to get rid of frustration and retry later. Online help is only a last resort.

A for me, mostly, though that sometimes slides into B territory.
My practice as well. When I have a new game which is attractive enough I play nothing else but that game. When I replay oldies it's a bit different, especially if they are long. Somewhere after the first third of the game I get munchies for something else. Usually I play one "serious" game and at the same time some stupidity. For example Silent Hunter III or some RPG and Need for Speed MW/a mindwashing FPS. Depends on mood what attracts me at the moment.
Really, you should make poll on this.

Ok, goddamnit.
Shit, I can't add in a poll after posting... SUMMON ADMIN POWER?

B :/ It's been a real problem but I'm cleaning up now these days.
