So you know the new T2 skies that come with TFix, well you know how it makes the skies better in the OM's. Well I was wondering how to put one of the ones used in the OM's in my mission? It's something that I really want for my mission. So if you could, please tell me how to do so ;)

The best way to learn is to open up a T2 OM, and copy some of their settings. You might be able to find one that more or less matches the size x,y,z of your mission. NewSky, Distant Art,
You will have to enable it in NewSky. Jermi, has created some nice looking skies, and there are some nice moons as well around. Sky Rendering Parameter>textures. You will also need a folder and name it Skyhw. Place you skies, clouds, and moon.tga in there. In your TG directory.
I generally use miss7.mis in T2 to copy sky settings. The only thing you may have to change is the "Clip".

the quick and dirty way would be to just copy the sky resources and the sky dml from TFix - basically, the FM must be set to read the resources from a folder which contains a FAM folder with the T2 sky resources, and a sky dml which will apply the sky to your mission (if the mission is named for example zombieland.mis, the dml must be named zombieland.mis.dml). the dml values are pretty self explanatory, and smaller tweaks are pretty easy to apply.
if you are using a TFixed install, it's even easier, all you have to do is find an OM with the sky you like, nab the corresponding dml, rename it properly to match your mis file, place the dml right next to your mis file, load the FM via FMselect, and the sky will load.
