The FM I was thinking of was called By Order Of An Unknown by BlackThief.
It is a medium sized mansion mission and it has an exploding fire spell scroll and a magic particle bridge spell.
You have to stand clear of a blast radius when using either one.
You could look at this mission and take a look at these scrolls to see how they could be modified into a repeating weapon.
A stack count would still be in effect I assume when making a weapon like the one you want.
