Yep. The mystery of his abilities is something that really does baffle the Keepers. Gamall was baffled, the Glyph-enhanced Enforcers were warned...
But perhaps he's invisible because he's below the poverty line. We know how invisible that tier of society is.

Exactly - and it doesn't seem to me they'd be so confused over it - or the Enforcers, which were, apparently supposed to be a really big deal, miss him so very badly, if he were just 'skilled'. I'd think they'd know that.
lol, and yes, I did think of that so low, you're off the social scale and therefore invisible. But somehow I doubt people would be quite so quick to look the other way when he's on private property. :)

They can't imagine someone would be so audacious, so they actually blind themselves until they are shocked into reality.:laff:
"His skills were unmatched..." Yeah, baby!
Elentari on 17/9/2009 at 07:44
lol I'm sure a good whack upside the head with that block of wood he carries around shocks them enough. Of course, by then its a little too late. . .but they'd have caught on. . .

Not a flashbomb, but a bonk-flash!

They way everyone overrides my semi-canon proof makes me feel...unimportant. :erg:

What do you mean, "override"? The games themselves confirm Terri's Garrett impersonation interview quote in full canon.

Yeah, but I thought there should have been more end-of-discussion potential in it. :p
By the way, unless we all play with too high gamma settings and all the people in The City have indeed weak lights with only a few inches radius, I think Garrett's stealth is based on more than just his abilities... if you want to consider playing the game as proof.

Yeah, it's based on efforts to make the game enjoyable. That's all the magic that is in it. ;)
