I binge excessively about once a month. It's like a little holiday.

For me daily somewhere between 4 - 8 hours, with some of that time going into game coding/ development.

In the olden times, I used to play a lot, probably around 25-35 hours a week. Then job, girlfriend, training and classes happened, and now I count myself lucky if I can play 5 hours a week, but usually I get nothing. :( I have a huge pile of games I really wanna play!

Concerning the whole girlfriend=less gaming thing: I consider myself lucky that my GF really enjoys a good co-op session of Lego Star Wars or Rock Band. We also got started on Little Big Planet, but she got frustrated with the floaty controls. Looking forward to co-op sessions of Portal 2, though!

Little Big Planet Yeah, I can see that a gaming gf is just a mindblowing gaming experience.

Trust me, we reserve the mindblowing experiences for things other than gaming. :p

I'm willing to bet Thirith has more fun playing these games - or any other for that matter - than you ever will. In fact, I'm pretty sure that's true for most others on this board as well.

so now you are just employed and depressed?
I live in Ohio, and this time of year can be brutally grey here. Ask deth. I think it may be something like that Seasonal Affective Disorder (which has the loltastic acronym S.A.D.) as I seem to be down in the dumps at the same times each year: the tail end of winter. Luckily, our condos got edged and mulched yesterday which inspired me to plant my bulbs. So, I would say the Spring regrowth period pulls me out of it. All of the smells on a misty Spring morning, the birds start tweeting again, and everything starts getting colorful again. It basically stimulates all of the senses.
Anyway, tl:dr: digging in the garden soil makes me happy. :D
