Steam is currently reporting 40 hours over the past two weeks. I'm sure it would be a lot more if I could get the Call of Pripyat Complete mod stabilized.

I'm willing to bet Thirith has more fun playing these games - or any other for that matter - than you ever will. In fact, I'm pretty sure that's true for most others on this board as well.
Assuming that's true, so what?

I think he (N'al) is referring to your deriding him for his choice of more console-y/casual titles. When playing these types of games with either your partner, kids, friends in the same room laughing your ass off having a blast, his choices seem ridiculously valid.

That, but also that we're better at playing games than Koki, that's what.
Thirith on 14/4/2011 at 12:29
Perhaps I'm getting Koki wrong, but what he seems to be saying is this: fun is irrelevant, if you're playing the 'wrong' kind of game. He's like some depressing Eastern European version of a Nick Hornby character.

So if I'm a Justin Bieber fan I am better at listening to music than you?
N'Al on 14/4/2011 at 12:45
Wrong analogy.
Here's the right one: Even if we don't have fun listening to Justin Bieber, we still have fun listening to music. Therefore we are better at listening to music than you because it's pretty clear that you don't. Depressing Eastern European version of a Nick Hornby character for sure.
Koki on 14/4/2011 at 13:19
Wrong again.
I do not dislike music just because I don't like Bieber.
N'Al on 14/4/2011 at 13:25
Uh, ok. I never actually said that.
Koki on 14/4/2011 at 13:35
Whatever you say bro.
