I remember when I had time. It was wonderful. I could actually do the shit I enjoy, rather than work for 14 hours a day.
PITY PARTY FOR ME!
...but on the plus side, I do have a nice tan right now.

(back on topic)
3 - 12 hours, Friday-through-Sunday. Depends on mood, game interest, and various life-demands.
NOTE TO FAMILY MEMBERS: The steam stats are a LIE! I have a bad habit of forgetting and leaving a game on pause while grocery shopping or doing laundry!

2 - 3 hours per weeknight using the computer, a lot of that on games but sometimes just on surfing to music. At weekends, it can be 5 - 9 hours depending on whether I bring home any paperwork, am going out somewhere, or if my kinship has a raid going.

Similarly for me -- I'm usually on the computer for at least a couple of hours each day, but nowadays that often does not involve any gaming (although I invariably read TTLG and a few other gaming sites, so I expect I've spent far more time reading about gaming than actually doing it in recent years).
When I actually get engrossed in something, I can happily play for hours, though. I think I played Realms of the Haunting for about six hours today.
More often it's just an hour here or there.

Yesterday I had a six-hour session of Tribes 2 because the AU community was celebrating its 10th birthday. It was the first time I had played a video game in three months.

Now-a-days, I'll play something just when the mood strikes me (which isn't as often as it used to be). And If I'm really into a game, I'll come back to it more often than not--recently, I replayed Vice City, and over the course of a month I completed 90% of the game.
But apart from those increasingly rare moments of immersion, I'd say I maybe log-in about three hours a week.
Instead of dedicated gaming time, I'd be interested to know (since my own enthusiasm has waned quite a bit, recently): Has your enthusiasm for gaming in general grown or decreased from where it was, say, two-years ago?
[edit] As a side-note, I bought a PS2 (because they are so cheap, and it came with Toy Story 3 bundled in) a couple months ago, along with used copies of GTA:Vice City Stories, Manhunt 2, and The Simpsons. The kids love TS3 and the Simpsons, but only play about twice a week (on the weekends) for a couple of hours, since they are "busy"; and I tooled around on the motorcycle for about 10 minutes in GTA, and played half of the tutorial level in Manhunt 2...and haven't touched it since.
I think the one thing most putting me off spending more time playing is getting used to using the controller. I don't mind the controller as much as I thought I would, but I do find it hard to use.

@ Queue: my gaming interest was almost to zero. That died when I got 360. I am back in full swing. The Wii just didn't hold my interest long. I got the few games I really wanted, beat them and there is NOTHING left on that system besides Virtual Console left and bowling.
Save up for a 360 or a PS3. There is so much awesome shit that is out there on the console only side.

Yeah, I've decided I'm going to save up for a 360, gunny, and will give it a serious go. There are a bunch of games -- either coming out or already released -- that I really want to play (Hitman 5, Duke Forever, Red Dead Redemption, GTA4, Max Payne 3, Battlefield 3, and probably Thief 4 instead of trying to PC it...just to name a few).
Of course, the money I had been saving for a 360 went to taxes this year. I gotz FEEE-UCKED.
