I have a program winlaunch inad wolud like to attribute only one CPU to thief 3, but i don´t konw how to operate with this program. Can anyone, please, tell me how to do it?

You don't need that program to assign CPUs. Start up T3, then hit ctrl-alt-del to bring up task manager. Go to the Processes tab and right click on the T3 exe file and select 'Set Affinity', here you can assign CPUs.
You'll need to do that every time you restart T3. I don't know anything about winlaunch, but if it can do that automatically every time you start T3, it might be worth looking into.

Just out of curiosity, why would you want to attribute only one CPU to Thief 3 ?

Some of the briefing videos cannot be stopped by some machines with dual core processors, they just loop and loop and loop forever. :o

Because I have problems with looping intro and Garret jumping just like that when he wants in game.

BTW the "ctrl-alt-delete" technique only works if your desktop resolution is different from your in-game resolution. For some reason, the game always forces itself to the foreground when they're the same.
