I tried Fraps but it doesn't work for my Glide. Is there a command or consol in DX?
Thanks alot.

Yep, there is.
Open your user.ini file with notepap, scroll down to [Engine.input], you'll see a list of the keys on your keyboard. Scroll down and change the line T= to T=Talk
Save the changes and restart Deus Ex, now when you're playing press T. A little cursor will pop up like this
>Say:
Use backspace to get rid of the Say: part and then type in Timedemo 1 and press enter.
Your framerate will be displayed at the right hand side of the screen. Use Timedemo 0
to get rid of it again.

This didn't seem to work for me.
Maybe it only works with the multiplayer patch?
Gothik on 5/4/2001 at 17:55
It should work with all versions, I don't have the multiplayer patch installed.
Which part isn't working?

I made the change in the .ini file, but pressing T didn't do anything.

Okay, the cursor is fairly small and it pops up to the lower left hand side of the screen. (Just in case you missed it).
Try making the same changes to the DefUser.ini file as well.
Also make sure that it reads T=Talk (capital letters as well) as the Unreal engine commands are case sensitive and if you've got a lower case t it won't work.

No, I'm pretty sure I didn't just miss it. But anyway, I already finished the game and uninstalled it.
