save game would work because it would save the location you were in, so just load it up in another copy and it should be fine.

Uhm, why bother deleting anything or turning off clipping? Just enter game mode inside his room.

That involves knowing how to navigate DromEd, which someone who hasn't used it might not be comfortable with. Also, it requires knowing to turn persistent_player_pos on.

Of course, the obvious thing not being mentioned is having DromEd and installing it first, without a hitch.

Valid points both of you.

hi!
any other "cheat" console commands/keyboard combinations (for Dromed game mode) for people who can barely run Dromed and load a mission in it (like me)?
So far, I only know these:
q+shift - flying
p - end of flying
(what e+shift : "fly -1" does do btw?)
entering console with ;+shift and typing "physics" to get to noclip mode
any other? like god mode, invisibility (notarget mode), adding weapons/ammo/items/cash, killing/freezing all enemies, sped up movement etc.
finally, how to select expert/hard difficulty level (instead of normal) when loading a mission (.miss) in Dromed? And, is it possible to load a game from previously saved game in Dromed (to go to game mode)?
(I know these questions are more suitable for editors' guild but since they were mentioned here anyway, I'd like to get to know more "cheat" purpose Dromed commands).

aiawareofplayer = notarget mode
scale_sim_time x = speed up (where x is a number, 1 is normal speed, 2 is twice that etc.)
Everything else requires placing, modifying objects etc.

when you load the game via dromED, you can load save game states (boy, wouldn't it be REALLY Hard to make some complex missions and test then withOUT saves..
As for hardness.. I'm not quite sure myself.

Hiatus:
Type dump_cmds cmd.txt into your dromed console and hit enter. You'll get a cmd.txt file with all of the commands.

Hmmm. In both DromEds, pressing "p" does not end flying. I have to type "unfly" in the console.
