mostly self-explainatory. I can't uninstall it,I have three installs, one for FMs and two for dromed, and I don't know which one it will uninstall. So the most likely solution would be to install it again, but it won't let me.
slyfoxx- the problem being that the custom sounds don't work properly in FM's, and I'm not sure if copying it will fix the problems.

Simple. Copy your T2 folder and just give it a different name.

Put the first CD in the drive.
Hold the SHIFT key.
When the CD spins down, hit START>RUN>BROWSE.
Find the CD and open the THIEF folder.
Find SETUP EXE.
RUN. Using the lgntforce command if needed.
RENAME the location and the THIEF folder (THIEF COPY or whatever) when you get that option.
Do a FULL install.
RENAME the new THIEF folder on your desktop.
Play the game.

For heaven's sake, use (
http://www.ttlg.com/forums/showthread.php?t=92193) NV's multiple install tip so that your second and further installs don't need the gigantic resource files copied. I have a separate Thief folder for each FM I'm working on - which means over 12 at the moment. Without this I wouldn't have enough HD space to do that (the blank T2 folder that I start each one from is only about 25MB).

Theblackman's strategy worked

Use NV's method if you ever want to get back the 700MB that you didn't have to copy.
