nope, still not working, i have tried optimized, portalize and yet nothing, i´ve also tried to add extra light to the texture and yet nothing, i´ll have to disable the lightmapped water.
I remember i highlighted many textures in previous missions and i don´t know why its not working this time with new dark.

i.e. it stops (for example) if you filter terrain brushes and optimise, you get no terrain.

Are you using a custom lava texture? If so, you probably haven't put it in the Lavatex archetype, which means it wouldn't get those settings.
Actually, another thought occurs to me. Are you using the latest version of newdark, 1.22? It fixed a bug where the Render type:unlit property didn't work.

No, i´m using thief 2 lava texture (l3), yes i´m using 1.22 new dark...are you sure you have fixed this issue?:confused:

In theory there will be no problem, but their manage to fixe this bug had failed or they used a subtility that we don't know. I have made many tests (changment in property or material) but i don't success to resolve this problem xD

well with that said, i guess i´ll have to disable the lightmapped water , since the mission in cause has more lava than water.

I can only figure you've made a mistake someplace. Lightmapped water and fullbright lava works fine for me. If you'd like, you can PM me a link to your mission, and I'll take a look at it.
