I just bought Assassin´s creed 3 in the fnac store, one of the emploees told me the game coud run on windows Xp, now that i have installed the game i can´t run, is there a way to make this game run on XP?

Not to be an ass, but if you want to play the latest and greatest, why are you running an OS over a decade old? XP was dropped from AC3 some time ago while it was being developed, so I doubt it's a quick hack to make it work. XP just really isn't a viable gaming platform anymore.

Assassin's Creed 3 uses DirectX11 only, so it will only work on Vista SP1 and newer (eg Win 7 and 8). The game is impossible to run under XP because it's an ancient OS which doesn't support DX11. End of story.
Also you'd need a graphics card that supports DX10.0 minimum, like a Geforce 8800GT.

I can't explain how funny it was having to reread your post twice before I realize it wasn't cardia1 responding to himself.

It's an Assassin's Creed game.
I thought they were pretty good until they tired me out. I may have made the mistake of going directly from AC1 to AC2 and then AC:B. The latter is still installed awaiting completion, but I needed a break. Did you not like the core gameplay of the first one or something? In fairness, it did take me until my third install to complete AC1, but I'll say that AC2 was a great game. I think I definitely had to be in the mood.
(As a side note, does anyone else hear cardia's posts in the "bitch Stewie" voice?)

AC puts me to sleep. The first game is the worst offender, true, but subsequent games have been little better.

AC1 suffered a lot from repetition, but I liked the setting. The second game I thoroughly enjoyed, but Brotherhood is just a tad too disjointed for me, despite having some really good aspects. I'm loathe to take myself through Revelations as I hear it is the whole formula over-staying its welcome to the Nth degree and the reviews I've been reading of the third game are making me wonder if it was a mistake pre-ordering it..
